Qsine onboard Celebrity Infinity is the brainchild of James Beard Award nominated chef, Jacques van Staden. To help stimulate and support Jacques’ vision, MRD created a playful atmosphere through the use of color and a certain lack of gravity. The restaurant, secluded on Deck 11 mid-ship, utilizes iPad’s as menus and touchscreen controllers to change the color of the environment when desired.
